Surprisingly good taste. I do notice when I drink it it does increase my supply by 1-2 oz. I’m not sure if it’s the supplement or the hydration part but I’ll take it!

I had high hopes from the good reviews but unfortunately it did nothing for me. The taste was not bad but it was on the sweeter side so I definitely had to dilute it with plenty of water.

One small scoop will go a long way. Too sweet for my liking, but a great refreshing lactation drink. Definitely getting more than expected and worth the money.

I am not sure if it really is increasing the milk supply but it tastes great. I want to drink it 24/7

Taste is ok, but after consuming the whole bottle I still have noticed no difference. Am on a regular pumping schedule and had high hopes for this. Not worth the $

My daughter-in-law is pumping every three to four hours and we barely have room in multiple freezers at multiple houses. In having used three other lactation mixes and drinks, I was pleased to not have to modify the taste of this one. I have found with others the need to add sweeteners or even water when the flavors were too sour.It is also not a “weird” taste (which I am told only those having experience with lactation mixes and drinks will understand), but this is definitely a plus or several pluses.**********************This mix mixes well with water. It is one scoop to eight ounces of water. It mixes almost instantaneously and simply stirs versus a whole tea bag which can take a while and be messy.I also prefer this mix because it is for cold drinks. I am not a fan of hot drinks.**********************The one downside to this mix is the price per ounce. Currently it is almost $11 per ounce. There are 18 servings in this delicious strawberry lactation drink. It tastes amazing, has colic support for baby, and is made with Non-GMO ingredients. The package does look half empty, however, there are the correct number of servings, so I can’t complain. I have been using this to maintain my supply and it seems to be doing a good job.

First thing I noticed when opening my package was how small the container was and then this morning I went to make my first drink and there is less than half the product in there.. it's not worth the price at all! The flavor however is great let's hope it does what it's supposed to
