Soul of Chogokin : GX-30 Battle Fever Robot by Bandai

A very unusual Soul of Chogokin robot. And one that might not be familiar to Western Audiences. Which is sad as he sits as the weird relative of two very well known shows in the west. He was the direct sequel to the long running Japanese Spider-Man kaiju show, where Spider-Man pilots his giant robot. In the new show 5 teens pilot a new robot the Battle Fever Robo. Note the "5 teens" bit. Yes this was a Sentai show. In fact the first Super Sentai show wherethe team (we know them in the west as "Rangers") pilots a giant robot fighting giant monsters. So this is pretty much the first Power Rangers Zord.Honestly the figure is so unusual that he does not blend real well with other more traditional robots like the amazing ers and Combatler types. He sits somewhere between a robot and an action figure.But what makes him a MUST HAVE Chogokin is his amazing assortment of weapons. Staves, knives, axes, and a truly gorgeous samurai sword. All meticulously detailed and often painted die cast metal. The figure itself doesn't have a huge amount of metal. They put it all in the stabby stuff.I may be mistaken, but I do believe this is the only Soul of Chogokin figure Bandai has yet produced that is based on a live action show.

Brand new sealed but not new!

バトルフィーバー自体は自分の記憶にないのですが、鎧武者のようなデザインが気に入って、思わず買ってしまいました。サイズは小さいながらも、サムライの力強さを感じさせる出来です。戦隊ロボットというと、劇中でのギクシャクした不自然なアクションを思い浮かべる人も少なくないと思います。でもこのおもちゃはあらゆる関節がよく動き、本当に自由なポーズがとれる。その点では本物を越えています。武器も日本刀以外に斧や槍等、８種類も入っており、手にする武器によってまた印象が変わるのも面白いです。しかも付属の基地風の台座には、これらの武器も一緒に飾ることができます。五月人形みたいに豪華です。解説書も裏話満載で、サービス満点です。これでもう少し価格が安かったらな・・・というのはわがままな願いでしょうか

確か当時はバトルシャ−クとセットで販売されていたような気がします。今で言う戦隊ヒ-ロ-物に初めて巨大ロボが登場したのが、バトルフィ−バーでした。今回のバトルフィ−バ−ロボはアクションポ−ズの自由度が高く、かなりいかしたポ-ズが可能です。武器も亜鉛合金でできていて重量感、質感満点です。全武器がセットできる台座も便利でグッド！

武者ロボ最高さ〰️

バトルフィーバーロボ先ず懐かしいですねー♪しかもこの造型。戦隊ロボの記念すべき初代ですし、日本刀で敵をバッサリ!って所はロボットなのに達人の雰囲気ありありで今、改めて見るとカッコイイ!子供の頃はなんで鎧武者?と思って見ていたんですが…ようやくその意味が分かった気がします。バトルがフィーバーでロボな訳で戦う熱い魂の魔神=鎧武者ですね!

戦隊初のロボットということで、いつかは超合金魂で出て欲しいなと思っていたら本当に発売されてとてもうれしかったです。ロボとともに主題歌のＣＤを聞きながら遊ぶと無茶苦茶楽しいです。
