This is THE BEST microwave wax I have ever used. I've been waxing my facial hair for nearly 2 decades. The brand I was using changed their formula, and ended up being a huge letdown so I started shopping around. After trying several brands/methods (no strip, strip, hard, soft, sugar, etc) I actually gave up and resorted to old fashioned tweezig (yikes!).I am so glad I found Wowax. It is better than my old brand! I had so much fun I tried a spot on my leg (I've never waxed my legs before) and holy cow, I am never going back to shaving. This microwave kit is obviously for the little jobs so I went ahead and ordered the wax warmer and the tub of wax for my legs. I waxed my legs and the hair is barely growing back in 7 days later! So Happy! Thank you Wowax!

This is great wax. I've used it on my legs, underarms, and upper lip. It gets almost all the hair and down to the root. DO NOT listen to the instructions. I put the mixture in the microwave 1 minute at a time, then stir and repeat until it's enough to start using. USE the before cleanser AND after aloe oil. This helps not only with the hair removal but also alleviates the after redness and possible irritation (for those with more sensitive skin).Be warned though, I used nearly half of it for just my lower legs. You do go through it quickly because you need a good layer on there in order to get all the hair and remove it in one sweep.

I used it on my eyebrows and chin. It picked up most hair off my eyebrow area. And it wasn't strong enough to pull off any of the hair off my chin area. Overall, the wax was not strong enough for deep hairs but would be fine for eyebrows.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible product. The wax smells awful. When I heated it the top layer remained solid, completly solid. I had to push that down into the rest which made a bunch spill over the edges. At least I had a paper plate under it. As for the waxing itself- also horrible. I had overheated it trying to get that top layer melted so I had to let it get thicken a bit. Once I got it to a good consistency I smeared it on as directed, even managed to do a thin strip. I went to pull it off like I would regular wax and nothing happened. I finally was able to get a bit to rip off, the rest I had to pick or roll off. No hair came off. I pitched it.

Rips off your skin and doesn’t remove every hair. Do not purchase if you don’t want painful stinging skin the next day. But I had no problem microwaving. This is a good product if you’re very careful. It may not rip your skin but just be cautious. I microwave in 30 second intervals but the first time I do 1 minute.

I needed this so bad for my eyebrows. I'm on social media, but keep incognito here. And I'm a makeup artist and own a business. I'm constantly shopping for the BEST; the BEST quality, the BEST price! And this is just fantastic! The ease in using it, just pop it in the microwave and wax away. The wax is strong, it feels professional grade, and, it's so convenient. Buying again once it's done!

I'd head the wax up for 1-1.5 minutes and then stir. When I heated it up for the first time, it was way too hot at two minutes of microwave time! Also, I'm not sure if this happens after the first time, but for me, the surface melted after the rest of the wax and almost cause the wax to bubble over. So keep an eye on it in the microwave and stir when you need to. Once the wax cooled (I tested it on my inner wrist first) and applied it, it took all of my facial fuzz off! Afterwards the treatment oil was nice and I didn't get any long lasting redness or irritation. Highly recommend, even though it smells kinda weird as it's heating.

This is my first time trying a home waxing kit and I was very nervous because I have always gotten my brows done professionally. Now that I am a mom there is less time. I absolutely love this and regret all the money I spent on professionals. I was very careful and did them in sections (after all, it is my FACE) and I am very pleased with the results. Comes with everything you need, although I think the stickers are not helpful. Not painful, either. Now I am curious to try other parts of my body!
