Fits two Epi Pens, though not the trainer, perfect for travel - or every day!
This is a great travel case for medicines, we wanted something that would keep our Epi Pens clean and protected in a closed case. We did not need the extra pouches, but I did fit a folded doctor's note into one of the mesh pouches - which is nice, because it is easy to see for anyone who opens the case.
