This OOGA horn has a low current, as long as the battery has a current of 5A or more will be ok.

Q: Does this come with a mounting bracket?

This horn does not require a bracket to be installed, just use screws to clamp it into the air pump slot and then fix it to the car. The screws and nuts are already included.

Q: Does this really sound like an ooga horn or just angry blender like in the video?

Mine sounds like an angry oogah more than a blender
