Service client assez pourri. Le montage est facile mais il faut quand même surveiller que le robot rentre à la base assez régulièrement. Parfois, il ne rentre pas, soi-disant parce que le robot est retourné (alors qu'il ne l'est pas). Parfois, la connexion à l'autre bout du jardin grille et il faut la remplacer. Il y a encore tout un tas de raison pour lesquelles le robot s'arrête. Je ne les ai pas toutes retenue. Là, pour l'instant, le robot ne tourne pas et je n'ai pas encore compris quel était le problème, mais j'ai reporté ça à plus tard vu qu'on est en hiver. Bref, je cherchais une solution magique pour ne pas devoir tondre ma pelouse mais je me retrouve à devoir trouver toutes les deux semaines pourquoi mon robot s'est bloqué (et j'ai même acheté l'abri station, que je trouve hyper cher pour un bout de plastique, de la marque pour protéger le robot)

I have a bad knee, anything that saves me from the weekly chore's gets extra bonus point from me. That being said this thing does do a great job. Install is a bit annoying (again bad knee) bending over and hammering in the wire. but once its setup i just loved to sit on the porch and watch the thing. Ran it for 2 hours 3x per week and the lawn always looked perfect. Got stuck maybe 4x the whole summer, had to go out and jostle it loose from a little divot in the lawn or something but for the time and sweat it saved me its well worth it. Blades are easy to change, seem to last plenty long. order a set of like 30 for 10$ and i bet a set would last me a whole season if i pushed it. 5 minutes to change them no reason not to every couple months. I do wish it used wifi so i could control it from anywhere, seems to only be bluetooth in the proximity of it. Also wish it would try and restart itself after a time when getting stuck, few times it did get stuck it was seemingly nothing just a slight bump in the lawn. if it would have tried to go again no doubt it would have been fine. Will see how it holds up. Will report back when it has any issue.

Robot nunca funcionó. Probablemente la batería esta mal. Al momento de iniciar su trayecto se apaga y no se deja encender hasta meterlo a carga nuevamente. El paquete llegó completamente distruido y abierta. Pienso que fueron los inútiles de la aduana.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto per poter mettere in rimessaggio il robot durante il periodo invernale, garantendo: 1- spazio, perchè sia la base che il robot sono appesi al muro. 2- un mantenimento del ciclo scarica/ricarica della batteria costante, andando a lasciare collegato il trasformatore e gestito da un timer settimanale che dava il consenso alla ricarica. 3- mantenimento in ambiente chiuso e asciutto del robot. il prodotto è di facile installazione, fornito con 2 tipologie di fischer, sia da parete in pietra, che da parete in legno. tempo di installazione con una buona manualità 5 minuti. per chi ha questi robot rasaerba, consiglio l'acquisto di questo supporto.
