Quick delivery and great product. Finally an emergency card that gives enough space to write all my meds and medical info. A bit pricey but when it comes to safety in an emergency it's worth it. Wish it was red like most emergency cards instead of blue so it would be easily recognized easier as emergency info

There was enough space to list all the medication I take. The glossy finish these are made of made it difficult to write in ink because of smearing. Just the right size for your wallet. I would purchase them again.

These are great for carrying in your wallet. I filled one out and put them in my 80 year old dad’s wallet so if he ever forgets any of his medications when he is at the doctors office when filling out paperwork he will have all the information right there in his wallet. Also if medical staff need to know his medicines he will have it available. Also has his emergency contact information on it so medical staff will call me in an emergency.

I wish that there was more space to put more information such as dosage and and how often. Paper very flimsy.

I love this item! I have a medical condition that requires certain medications and this extensive but compact medical card gives a good insight into who to contact, blood type, medications, allergies and much more so that in an emergency I receive the correct care. It's also great that you can update and print your information on their confidential website. All for the size of about a credit card.

We originally got these from Hosp. that we were in and could never find them again. These fit the bill.

The slick writing surface is difficult to write on with a ballpoint pen.IMO, needs more space to write list of meds with a few details.I like how it fits into the small envelop to be kept in wqllet.
