Beautiful Tap but the flexible connections are usually in oil burner installations so need to be adapted for UK water systems.Why can't they supply the correct one which is readily available I don't know. My tap arrives with three parts missing which are essential to the stability of the tap, Sonity say no need to go back to where you bought it but contact them directly. I did on three occasions and was totally ignored. So much for customer service, waste of time. As I already had the tap installed when I discovered the lock nut was missing. Amazon on the other hand who do give excellent customer service would have replaced the tap but I had to keep it on as I would have been without water, the old tap was rotten.Wouldn't recommend this company between missing parts and atrocious service.?Update. Enclosed parts list was out of date. Tap is working perfectly.

I needed a new kitchen sink tap to replace the old one that had been in use for more than 10 years. My daughter helped me choosing this product because she likes the design of the high curved tap which according to her looks like an elegant swan's neck. For me, its 360 rotatable tap is so convenient to do daily washing up and to clean the corners & edges of the sink. Compared to my old tap which had separate handles for cold and hot water, the single handle is so easy to control water volume and temperature. My husband is 'rubbish' at DIY so I asked my next door neighbour (best neighbour ever) to help me with it, which in return I bought him a bottle of sparkling wine. He spent only about 30 mins to complete the job. The new sparkling tap brightens the whole kitchen!

I don’t understand why similar items are priced £150 or over from main physical retailers. This tap performs exactly the same job and only costs a fraction

Tap works very well and looks good. Could not give it 5 stars because when the plumber installed it he said the plastic screw fitting at the base is not very durable. Tends to collapse if you over tighten.

i like the fact it has a high spout easy to get a kettle under , plus its a good price for this tap you would pay 3 times as much in a plumbers merchant

Good product, easy to fit. Does come with small pip3 connections. So I just used what was on the previous taps and replaced the washers.

great tap,but not standard uk fittings as sellers states had to get special fittings as these seem to be european size
