PanacheWomen's Tango Underwired Balconnet Bra

Every woman need to find the bra that works for her figure and shape and this one works for me. I have been much heavier and lighter, but this bra is my go-to. Comfortable, good support, and actually attractive. I do wish that they would offer the same bra without the embroidery since it does show under certain tops, but I like this bra so much that I always come back. The wires fit against my breastbone and generally are comfortable-as far as wires go. I fit fully in the cups without gap and I like the balconette so straps don’t show. Elomi is a backup, but Panache works better for me in this style. I am a repeat purchaser and wear a 40/42 GG right now.

I rated this as "fits as expected" - but I knew my European size before ordering This bra is sized under the European system - which doesn't always translate to U.S. sizes according to the chart - but once you figure out your correct size, it's great. I have been buying this particular bra for years now. I am quite large chested, but since starting to wear this bra, no one seems to notice. When I talk with other women about size, they are always shocked that I'm a 36-J, and that's because this bra (when it's your correct size) proportions and distributes "the girls" so that even overly busty women can look normal. It doesn't dig (until it's starting to die, lol), but that works as my warning that it's time to reorder. The cup shape is nicely rounded (I'm not a fan of the pointy silhouette). If you're large chested I suggest starting in a fancy bra shop, and let them size you - and for their trouble, you've got to be decent and buy from them - but then once you have your size and brand - shop the web. Frankly - I hardly ever find this bra cheaper online than at the fancy bra shop...but the bra shop doesn't always have my "freak" size.

I was wearing the wrong size, not wanting to really admit they had gotten bigger. I followed the modern measuring guide on Wiki [...] (method 2) and discovered my old bras were 2 cup sizes to small - no wonder they never fit up against my breast plate. I bought the 40GG (US size 40J) after measuring myself: under bust 40" torso 50".After I put this bra on I just went through the initial shock of how good it feels to have something that fits right. After wearing it for a few hours I noticed:1. I have cleavage with it when I'm sitting down but not when I'm standing like the model. For larger busted women maybe the picture is misleading it definitely isn't a push up bra, but I wasn't looking for one.2. Don't expect to wear this bra with super thin material the flower embroidery will show through. T-shirt material is fine with it.3. For larger busted girls the underwire is quite tall, I could see this being a problem for someone with a shorter torso. (I'm 5'5")4. This bra's straps are set a little wide, it didn't bother me to much but I don't have narrow shoulders.5. In this bra my posture seems better which is really nice!6. Overall this bra seems to be a great value, and quite comfortable. I feel really lucky that it works so well after taking a shot in the dark with the modern sizing guide.

This bra technically fit if you consider the band and cup alone but I was shocked by how much it covers up. It is described as a balconnet so you'd expect to be able to see the top of your breast when you have it on. This bra actually fits more like a full coverage bra as it fully encases the breasts. This is fine if that is what you are going for. I was looking more for a sexy, black bra that might turn my SO's head, this bra is a bit more modest than that.The lace on the font will create an uneven appearance for thinner shirts but has worked fine for most of my long sleeve and thicker articles. On a functional level the full coverage provides a lot of support as the back at least two inches wide. The wide is a bit wide for me but I have a small rib cage so it might just be me. Not what I was going for with this bra but it filled its purpose completely.

The Panache tango is one of my favorite bras. I own several as they fit really well and hold up great. I'm larger busted so it's difficult for me to find good fitting bras at any price point. My only issue with this purchase, and why I removed a star, is because I received the wrong color. I ordered a scarlet bra and instead received navy. I will keep because I can always use another great fitting bra, but was really disappointed I didn't get the color I wanted. May order again in hopes of it being right the second time but afraid to take the chance and end up with another navy.

Maybe it's because I wear a larger size (36H), but I would most definitely NOT call this a balconette bra. This being my vest first online bra purchase, I was pleased with the fit, it fits me perfectly, but it's the most full coverage bra I have ever seen. This is the kind of bra your grandma wears with turtlenecks. I can only wear it with tshirts, and certainly not a vneck. Judging by the picture (which granted, is on a much smaller busted woman) and the description of being a balconette, I expected something not full coverage that allows for some cleavage - and I do know how a balconette should fit as I own several, properly fitted ones. OOooh no, this is an amish bra. Seriously, I can't express how full coverage this bra is, I may post a picture later. If I had been looking for an extremely full coverage bra, I would have given this 5 stars, but since the description calls it a balconette and it is so far from being one, I just can't give it more than 2, and it only gets 2 because it does fit well.

I cannot really rate this specific bra as I did not even try it on. However, as I have bought a few of these in the last few years, it has always been a winner for me, so I am sure the fit would have been as expected.As for this specific one, you can see on the picture that it is plain blue, which is not what is shown on the picture (blue and gold). The seller tells me that Amazon listed the wrong colour. It is being returned as does not look as nice as the one on the picture.

It fits well, is comfortable, and gives quite a natural profile, but with more definition than nature made. ;-)No padding at all, you can feel if you're being touched, even lightly. This bra won't make you look a lot bigger (as if you've had a boob job) but it certainly flatters what you've got as well as holding you in place.FWIW the larger band but same cup size I bought (before this one) would probably fit better with PMS. This isn't a manufacturer sizing fault, I'm between sizes at the moment and need the loosest band setting in this size.

Was really surprised, I have this bra in white and nude and I fits perfectly, but this one is just slightly to big. The back size fits ok but the cup size is a 1/2 cup size bigger maybe even a whole cup size, but I'm keeping it anyway. Even the straps don't tighten as much as I need them to. This bra does have fantastic support and gives a great round shape. It sits high up the breast so better for under higher necks. The wires do sit high under the arm, but I still find it quite comfortable. This is my everyday bra and I always go back to this. The only thing I hate about these is the wire does come out them after not very long (sometimes after only a month or so) but I do wash my bras in the washing machine (I know bad girl) so it's really my own fault. But since I can now get them here for this price instead of nearly £30 I won't be to worried about them getting ruined.

What has happened to these bras? Been wearing them for years but fabric has changed from a lovely soft silky feel to a horrid scratchy mesh around the back. Not what I expect from Panache. Are they making a cheap version to flog on here? Felt a bit like a fishermens net:-( I won't be buying anymore in this style. Panache you have lost a customer, I am off to look at Fantasie brands instead.
