Not as good at the original model.
Not as good at the original model. It does nothing to style or smooth my hair which remains frizzy after a few hours. The original model was much better! Quite honestly it was a waste of money for me!

Removable brush a big plus for me
Saw this product reviewed favourably in Sunday Times recently and very pleased to get a reduction in price when I checked availability on Amazon. Easy to use with long cord and for me the big plus is the removable brush for cleaning . Produce build up and hair very difficult to clean off on other hairstylers.Like being able to dry and style with one hand . Pleased with this purchase.

Exactly what I was looking for!!! 🤩
It gives a wonderful sleek and shiny finish. Perfect as I’m no good at blow drying with a hairdryer and brush. Feels like a salon finish. Love it!!!

Failed to work after one month of purchase
Bought this electric hair brush after seeing it advertised in the press. I used it approx 5 times during first month since purchase after which it failed to work at all . Phoned Nicky Clarke help line. They told me to change the fuse incase that was the problem . I tried 2 new fuses with no success. I phoned back & as requested sent photos of the appliance & proof of purchase. I have asked for a refund as I am not satisfied with the goods. I don’t expect a new appliance to fail in such a short time hence I do not want a replacement. I am still waiting for a response from their head office.

The brush keeps falling off the holder base
Wanted to love this but I’d to stop every few seconds to stick the base back in the brush even though I had it locked in
