The media could not be loaded. I purchased this in Feb 2023, fast forward to March 2024 the pump began to malfunction. I had it cleaned and it still didn't work. I reached out to the seller who quickly sent me a replacement. They were very helpful and responsive and got everything up and running again.

We re moved the unit on time. A year and half later the motor started making a humming noise occassionaly. I contacted the vendor, explained the issue and they sent a new unit promptly, which works great. Thank you for standing behind your product and for the the excellent customer service.

Why are they selling this to Americans? This toilet is IMPOSSIBLE to install here in the States because all hardware stores only sell standard fittings not metric and close standard retrofit would leak like a sieve. I checked on buying fittings metric to standard convertors and those came to cost over $20 a piece times 3 for the three inputs to the macerator, but without comparing by hand I have no idea if the measurements are outside or inside diameter on those or if they are even of any quality to stand the test of time. I'm past the return window so I guess I have no choice but to bust it up and put into dumpster. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES!!! If the manufacturer had a brain the rubber pieces would have metric and standard and you cut off the standard piece to use metric or vice versa, but they didn't THINK! Buy Saniflo brand, they use standard fittings to the pump.

The port on the back of the toilet had a severe abrasion on the bottom the outlet. The tube that slides over that outlet is a rubber gasket that just slides over it. It leaks at the bottom. If a rubber sleeve that could be attached with clamps this leak would not be occurring. I still have to figure out how to attach it without having a leak. We obviously cannot let anyone use the toilet for fear that waste could leak out at from that point. Poor design. Also we ordered a white toilet. The bowl is white but the water tank is off white. Also the pump lasted exactly 2 years. replacing it now. Hardly used in our basement

After posting my review about the pump not working after only 10 months of minimal use, I was contacted by the seller who offered to ship me a new pump free of charge. The response was timely & positive and a new pump was shipped out immediately. It is now installed and hopefully we will have better results with the new pump. This is a reliable sellelr.

You would not buy this toilet under 'normal circumstances '. However if you have a below grade situation, or perhaps do not know if a 4" waste line can be reached but you can reach a 3" waste line (from a sink or shower), this is perfect. We added a toilet, shower and sink to an existing laundry room and voila, after stacking washer / dryer there was enough room for a full bath/laundry room combined.

Bought product in October 2022, installed in November 22' it's now March and it's stopped working there's no number to call so I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Need number for warranty issue!!
