Great product
I recently got this Ice Bath, and for what you pay it delivers a solid option for home cold therapy. The tub is quite spacious, which means I can sit comfortably and even cross my legs without feeling too constrained. The build feels sturdy for a portable design, and setup was straightforward: it didn’t take long to inflate, assemble the support frame, and fill it with water. I like that it comes with a rain-repellent lid and protective cover, which help block debris and maintain colder water for longer periods. One of the features I value is the insulation, which helps keep the water colder. The included accessories (cover, support poles, drainage valves) make it feel like a more complete package rather than just a bare tub. Using it has been pleasant overall. I can feel the benefits in muscle recovery and voice of freshness after sessions. It’s not a luxury spa tub, but it’s very functional and purposeful for recovery routines. For someone who wants to get into cold plunge therapy at home without spending a fortune, this unit is a practical pick. It gives you most of what you'd hope for: decent size, insulation and usability at a reasonable cost. I’m satisfied with the purchase and would suggest it for fitness enthusiasts or anyone curious about regular cold immersion therapy.

Great for muscle pain
Game changer! Me and my partner struggle with lower back pain and have noticed a huge difference to our muscle pains after using this daily! It took around 30 mins to fill and about 20 mins to set up! It also comes with logs of extras like a water back and spare leg stoppers. Well worth the money!

Definitely recommend
Absolutely in love with this recovery tub! Such good value for money and brilliant to maintain/set up and put down. Easily fits in a small garden space, couldn’t recommend this enough!

Do not order. It’s a con.
Do not order from these, it’s a con. The products they sell arrive looking nothing like the images shown and are defective. Key parts will be missing and they won’t reply when you contact them. Do not trust them.

Impressive Ice Bath (with neat storage)
This ice bath proves to be a great asset for any athlete given ice therapy is a known recovery technique for muscles post competition especially when muscles are stressed the most. Whilst I'm certainly no professional athlete, I suffer a lot of muscular related issues post sport so was very keen to try out something along these lines and so far so good. It comes in a relatively small box considering the size of the end product and requires a few assembly steps just to expand the main poles up round the sides predominantly - this was quite simple with the provided instructions and I probably spent 10 mins on this (most of which was me triple checking they were the right way round)! Once assembled, you obviously need to fill it with water/ice to get it nice and cold - this was obviously the harder part as using a garden hose is easy enough for the water but finding ice to really get it cold quickly is an issue. It does have an option to connect it to a formalised chiller via the inlet port but that requires separate purchase and costs probably north of £150. Obviously if you're using this frequently, you can leave it all setup and use said chiller to make it worth while and then you can utilise the lids etc to really keep the water cold in there - it's probably not so justified for someone like me as a once a fortnight kind of user which makes the setup efforts and sourcing enough ice quite cumbersome (I guess this issue is a bit easier outdoors in winter). It does hold more than 350l of water mind so a lot to get cold! The other thing I've noticed is although it's only about 70cm tall and I'm around 180cm tall - it's not THAT easy to get into unless you have super agile legs as it's quite high so a high lift of leg and balance into a tight space; that said with the help of a chair to stand on it's a bit easier to manipulate my large frame inside! I'm quite impressed by the quality of materials used and the general strength of it; when not in use it neatly collapses down to be stored away so overall that makes for an efficient product. The pricing of it is okayish - slightly on the high side for me, but perhaps justified if using it to it's full effect with the insulated lid to keep the water cold etc rather than for occasional use like me. Would recommend generally if you're in the market for something like this!

Great recovery tub. Highly recommend!
Excellent Ice bath/recovery tub. Very easy to put together. The pump is a little fiddly but no major issue for the small volume of inflation required. Nice soft floor base for when you get in, and nicely insulated to keep the water cold. Seems great value! Storage box is reasonably compact too. Would definitely recommend!
