From my wife: This brand of beta glucan makes a noticeable difference to my health. I am dealing with some chronic illnesses and I've had low functioning immunity and auto immunity. I take 2 of the pure beta glucan's a day, but I buy the 500 mg a capsule version of pure beta glucan without the additional supplements in it. I would recommend that over the 100, even with the additional ingredients. If I feel viral or am dealing with an infection, I take 3 capsules. I absolutely experience a difference. It's rare to find a supplement that makes a marked and noticeable difference and the 500 mg capsules do. I researched and found that this was the brand to take. It's expensive for sure, but I feel it's worth it. When I saw this, I decided to pick it up to keep for additional support. Resveratrol, vitamin C and selenium will help support immunity. But still, I think the most powerful part of this product is the beta glucan itself, and more is better. So I'd suggest springing for the 500 mg. product. Look on the product site to get the dosage you need for your body weight.

This supplement is something that my doctor has talked about as possibly being a beneficial supplement for me. Beta Glucans are a form of soluble fiber that can be used to enhance heart health, reduce levels of total and LDL (bad) cholesterol, help hypertension, and reduce insulin resistance. Because Beta Glucan is a fiber, it can also aid digestive health and weight management. This particular supplement also includes reversatrol and selenium, both of which are highly beneficial to the immune system.This supplement is a small veggie capsule that is very easy to swallow. It is recommended to take two a day on an empty stomach and about 30 minutes before eating. Since there are 60 capsules in each bottle, this would make each bottle a full month's supply. I like that my bottle is fresh with an expiration date of October 2023. I have only been taking this product a week, but have had no GI or other side effects from it. I expect to see good results at my next physical. 5 stars from me.

I haven't really had much experience with Beta Glucan before, but I have with the other ingredients in this, Vitamin C, Resveratrol, and Selenium. I like that this is a blend since they usually help out the immune system better than one specific supplement does. It seems to be boosting my immune response to allergies, which doesn't really help the allergies out, but does let me know that the product is doing it's intended purpose of bolstering the immune system. The pill is a small vegetable capsule and is very easy to swallow.

There were stickers all over the bottle that I received, so much so that I could not read the original label to see ingredients, dosage, etc. This is annoying and unacceptable.

I like this combination because it has a great dose of beta glucan but also additional vitamins like C, Selenium, and Resveratrol. Beta glucan is great for healthy heart because it can reduce cholesterol. It's also a great source of fiber packed into a tiny capsule which is easy to swallow and has no aftertaste. Hope my review is helpful for you.

These may be helpful. It's always hard to know with w supplement whether to expect an immediate response or you have to take them for months before noticing. I haven't noticed anything other than not getting sick despite being around germy grandkids. The capsules are easy to swallow. I do think they are a little overpriced so won't be repeating.

Very small capsules are easy to swallow. Didn't have any problems swallowing them. They really did not have any taste. Suggested serving size is two pills a day.Good value for the price and would recommend.
