I would like to thank Meg for helping me out with my problem. My pet sofa bed mattress cover had a broken zipper and I asked if I could get a replacement cover only and this company sent me a completely new bed how wonderful that was of them, they didn’t have to send me a new bed but they did. So I want to extend my biggest gratitude to this company and Meg for helping me out with this matter. And they resolved this matter right away and I received another one right away I was really surprised. The bed is beautiful and my small Maltese dog 🐶 loves his new comfortable bed with plenty of room to stretch out. And the rolls on the bed are very firm and sturdy. And I’m also happy 😊 with this bed good quality bed well made good price happy 😊 owner and happy 😃 dog 🐕.Thank you 😊 very much.

The bed looks nice. A bit disappointed in the depth of the memory foam insert. The larger bed has a much deeper insert. Also the material of the bed is not soft and cozy. Seems to catch dusty floaters.

The larger sizes are wonderful the cover feels durable, the memory foam is thick and a bolster is perfect. I gave a 4 Star because the small is disappointing, the memory foam is very thin and the bolster is barely there.

The best quality ortho insert I've ever seen in a pet bed. This is not cheap egg carton stuff. The only thing to improve on is the quality of the zipper. Mine get washed frequently because of my allergies, so I use the zipper a LOT. It isn't as heavy duty as the rest of the bed.

Warning: don't ever plan to wash this thing unless you want to spend half an hour trying to stuff the side pillow back into this thing. The pillow is way too long for the cover and it's packed in there pretty good. It's a single piece that wraps all the way around with a zipper along its side most of the way. Price is good and the dog likes it, but practically speaking it's not really washable.

The channel tubular pad is EXTREMELY difficult to replace in its zippered channel after washing the cover. I washed the cover in cold water and hung to dry-- AVOIDING excessive heat of the dryer knowing what that can do to similar material if not this exact type.I've never had a bed made with such an inadequate zippered channeling material; in order to anticipate possible shrinkage and expansion of the tubular foam being removed for washing, considerable material should have been allowed to compensate for drawing the zippered sides together while closing without need for over-exertion.UPDATE: Upon reading others' reviews, I can see many also had the same problem with the zipper. Also, the bed top is definitely not waterproof. Easily leaked through top into the memory foam mattress. We have an older Yorkie for whom we bought this hoping it would help with the overnight accidents through his blanket and waterproof pad-- didn't help much with that.

Bought this for my old Lab with bad hips. He sleeps on when he can kick the other dog and the cats off it! Quite durable, I was impressed with the quality of the foam pad. I haven't washed the denim cover but, I do run the Oreck over it when I vacumm and that takes care of the hair! Fits my 90 pound lab well.

Bed has been falling apart since we got it. We used it as a camp dog bed… so maybe a few times a year. Then it was put in storage for a year because we sold our camp. Just took it back out of storage, washed and reassembled. The stitching now fully blew apart along with the zipper, not impressed. The inner cushions are still wonderful. The cover needs work.
