This is a great product

This medication has been life saving. This is just my 2nd day taking and the pain In my lower back that causes my left leg to go numb is nearly gone. I am so very thankful for my friend telling me about this. I can walk, move, and do what I want with little to no pain! I highly recommend this. I will be ordering again and again to ensure I never run out.

These are great for my gut health but the turmeric does leak from the capsules and can stain your countertop, nails, clothes, so be careful.

Does the trick

Was having lower back pain and I was able to get up from a sitting position within approximately an hour after taking my first three pills without pain. I also have a problem with my wrist since I do a lot of needlepoint and the thumb and wrist pain also disappeared. What more can I say, not much!

The combo of turmeric, black pepper and ginger @ 2400 mg. All natural, the capsule outer is vegetable based. STM (Hubby) and I take daily. So many benefits of this combo. Easy to swallow. 105 tablets. Says one serving is 3 per day.I personally take one per day.I like that black pepper is included. Black pepper alone, has many health benefits, but is also boosts the effectiveness of Turmeric when combined with it.Like all supplements, make sure if you are taking prescribed meds or have known conditions, that you cross checek Turmeric. It can interact with certain medicines and also blood pressure.

A good product. I take it daily, I only gave it 3 stars because every time I take the capsules out of the bottle my fingers are covered in Termeric.I had no problems taking it
