This hat is so light, but it's Fashion Savvy. I bought two! A green one, a black !

The item is as described & looks really nice.My one issue is with the packaging. The fascinator was slightly rolled to fit into the plastic which made it curl. I have to try to flatten it back out. Please revise the way this it packed and shipped for the next buyer.
