I live a moderately healthy and holistic lifestyle and castor oil packs have been on my radar for some time. I appreciated the quality of the oil and the pack itself is well made. I priced items individually and to be honest, this is a good value for what you are receiving. I used my pack on my abdomen over the liver to help with hormonal fluctuations and headaches due to my cycle. Even though I have read the research thoroughly, I was still a little surprised to see that it did make a positive difference. The oil itself last longer than the wrap. The wrap is supposed to be replaced every 2-3 months. I tried to wash mine (although not recommended) to see if I could extend the wear. The pack just gets overly saturated with oils, so washing did not make a noticeable difference and I will just continue to replace my wrap as suggested. I typically wear my wrap at night and have cut back to just around the days of my cycle when I am noticing inflammation or headache triggers. I have had less headaches and PMS symptoms, but keep in mind I also use supplements and eating for my blood type to aid. I am not sure how beneficial this product alone would be, but I am sure there are other reviewers who may be able to attest to the pack alone. I have not had any issues with leaking and it's comfortable to wear. Sometimes if I am laying in bed, I will add my head pack, but they say that is not necessary. It's very easy to use and I loved the way it was packaged along with information and instructions included.

Bought this and used for the first time. It’s comfortable and does what it’s expected to do.

No instructions on how to use. On reading it says that there is a place to slide in a replacement pad but there is no opening. I’ve only had this item 2 days so am still learning.

Finally purchased this after having it in my cart for months. Received the product in a timely manner and packaging was sturdy. The strings that are on this pack are long enough to fit 90% of the population. I personally would have preferred a Velcro option as I felt it bunched up while sitting and maybe with the Velcro it wouldn't?! Overall, I am happy with the size of it and the product itself.

Love that it comes in a glass bottle. The size is great for the price. The wrap works great & it doesn’t leak through my sheets. I apply this every night and have definitely seen a difference from when I first started using it.

This is by far the best castor oil pack application out there. This pack having the plastic outer layer sewn on and bands to keep it to your body is so helpful. I’m about to show my doctor so she can buy some for her patients because it makes doing the pack regularly so much easier, I’m actually able to sleep with it on now or wear it while doing things and most importantly not ruin sweatpants, robes, sheets, towels etc. Some reviews critique the bands not being body inclusive and I do have a little belly so I see what they’re saying. However I don’t tie the strings separately, I tie them all together in one big bow and put a drawstring waist on or a robe so I don’t have to tie them too tight and the pack still stays up against my skin. I prefer the thinner strands as they’re not super noticeable if tied comfortably(loose and all together) as they are very stretchy and soft. I assume with a thicker band or two sets of thicker bands it may actually feel more constricting on rolling bellies. I don’t recommend Queen of Thrones change them or space them further apart as some have suggested unless they would make a few different strand styles available for purchase. That would be very inclusive and considerate but I bet a bit harder to manage on their end. Either way, give it a try, it’s the best product out there for castor oil packs especially how organic they are and just play around with the bands.

I am 6 months post partum and I’ve been dealing with intense brain fog, rheumatoid arthritis that began in my knuckles and fingers and eventually concentrated in my lower back. When I tell you the results were immediate I am not lying or exaggerating. I gain nothing from lying on this review. I wore the castor oil pack for the first time for 40 mins because that’s how long it took me to nurse my infant to sleep. That first night I had no back pain for the first time in months. I mean I would wake up every night in immense pain every single night. I would have to sit upright for an hour before attempting sleep again. The second night I wore it from 7pm until 2am and I slept deeper than I have slept since before I had my baby, and again, no back pain. The third night I wore it from 9pm until 5am and again no back pain, and I just noticed that my intensely red eyes are now bright white. Thank you Queen of Thrones. I cannot adequately describe the relief I feel after months of chronic pain and inflammation. Thank you. You’ve got a return customer and I will be recommending this any chance I get.

The belt shows cotton strings but actually it’s sent with a very annoying plastic adjustable strap that’s not comfortable at all !

Easy to use, no mess, comfortable and my body is loving it.
