I liked the storage container that was provided with the needle.

I was looking for a long needle with a durable eye for splicing hollow braid 1/8 inch rope. These do the job. My only complaint is that the point is a needle point. I'd been hoping to find a pyramid point like a harness needle. I'll reshape the point into what I want and make them less dangerous to use in splicing. In the meantime these needles do what I need them to do. I'd buy them again and recommend them to anyone with a similar need.

I got this needle to do some heavy rope whipping. Eye easily threads my .058" heavy duty twine. Surface finish is nice and smooth, but that's where the good ends on this so called "Professional" item. The needle I received was only 3-11/16 long and the tip was bent! Not horribly bent, but enough to catch your fingernail and, of course, not a nice sharp point as so associated with the term "needle." I fixed it on a whet stone, didn't want to deal with the hassle (time wasted) of the exchange process.

I tried to make a tufted pillow. When I poked the needle through the pillow it bent. First time used!

Hard to find needle. Great for crafts like making pumpkins. The needle will go thru all the stuffing no problem

I use this needle to pull yarn through a stuffed , rag dolls head for hair and it works perfectly. I tried several items before buying this needle because of the cost but it has been worth it and the case that comes with it makes it very safe to store when not using it, I would recommend this needle to anyone whose project calls for larger weaving etc. rag rugs, rag dolls .

This needle is very sturdy, has a large eye, and comes with its own storage tube. It worked very well for my project. Great needle!
