I'm not sure why or how, but this stuff seems to help. When my plantar fasciitis is acting up, or when I have a mild headache, one or possibly two of these offers relief. They're not a miracle drug and they don't replace good old advil, but for minor pain relief that won't eat your stomach, I can recommend this.
