Very good packaging comes with shoulder bag ,dimensions supplied as quoted, no damages observed , no sign of used one supplied. Quality and feel premium with bamboo zipper cover . medium firm feel , not so hard or too soft , makes it may feel discomfort in intial days of use , more use to it only , the actual feel of the same is experienced. It's the second one I have tried from the same brand , first one felt creating little warm, hence returned and tried with different composition.admit that it suits my requirement , choose the right combination of materials you won't get disppointed
