I’m in my 30s with many allergens that trigger my eczema are in everyday / common cosmetic/ household products- this does not trigger my eczema at all!!! (Eczema to eyes, lisp, scalp, and body) I use as shampoo and body wash Pro: great for my children with eczema history and good for me, along with doesn’t trigger my eczema while I wash my girls in the bath! Light consistency and does not weigh down hair or feel oily after. Washes out well and keeps hair /body feeling clean. Fragrance free (fragrance triggers our eczema) Con: I go through a lot because I use it for shampoo/body wash for myself and kids - but seem to be cost effective given amount and worth not being allergic to. Lasts a few weeks to month between all 3 of us. Recommend for sensitive skin with limited options for all ages , effective in feeling clean and avoiding skin allergens.

Can’t ever go wrong with Burt’s Bees products. Gentle cleaning, not perfumed and all around good product.

When I first got the new formulation of this product I was extremely disappointed, to the point that I had to come on Amazon to leave a 1-star review and let them know how I felt about my precious product being changed. However, my mind has changed since then. It is definitely inferior to the old formulation. However, after using it for a long time I have to say I am still very satisfied with the product. The smell is different and may be off putting at first but I have gotten used to it and it is really not that bad. In application, I have to honestly say I do not notice any difference. There may still be some difference but I cannot honestly say I am able to tell. I give this product a 4.8-star rating and the old formulation a perfect 5. But since you cannot give it a 4.8-star rating I will round it up and still give it a well deserved 5-star rating.

This stuff is the only thing i’ll use on my babies. Love that it’s nontoxic and very gentile on their skin. Does not cause dryness or irritation. A little goes a long way! Foams up nicely too.

We've been buying this since my daughter was born in 2016. It was always a milky, creamy white color. The new bottle that I received is now a clear, yellow, honey-like color. I contacted the company, concerned that I had received a counterfeit product and they responded: "We replaced several ingredients in our Fragrance Free Shampoo & Wash for supply assurance reasons. As a result, the shampoo has changed from creamy white to clear yellow, but the formula is still a safe, effective, and gentle cleanser for your baby." Overall, I still like how this new formula cleanses. It is still gentle and doesn't irritate the skin. It is a bit now liquidy and I feel like it doesn't moisturize as well. Normally I didn't have to put moisturizer on my daughter after using, now I find myself using lotion more than before. Finally, the old formula, although fragrance free, had a really lovely natural oatmeal-type smell. It left my daughter's hair smelling wonderful. The new formula seems to have no discernible scent. I'd rather have no scent than some artificial fragrance, but I do miss the old scent.

Good product but bad shipping. The contents spilled during the shipping.

The product is fine. I am writing this to tell Amazon not to beat the daylights out of it when they ship it. In order to prevent leakage it was plastic wrapped to add additional seal. A good thing. On the other side of it all the plastic wrapped bottle was dropped into a box, given to UPS and off it went. Arrived very quickly. Should have all been well. However, without something to restrain the bottle's movement in the box it banged around and damaged the pump causing some minor leakage. Not returning as I am using a pump from another product. I fully expect you guys to reject this review as it is not really much about the product but I could find no place to report this packaging error otherwise. Soooo-for what it is worth lets make sure there is enough proper packaging or you will bust something. The product itself, just fine, have used it before.

So I am a first time organic, everything safe and clean products mama and of course my first option was Dr Bronners Castile Soap which is the cleanest baby soap out there. However, after my baby turned 1 month old, she loves to splash( I think all baby do) and one time during our regular bath time, she splashed so hard that the water with just a few drops of the liquid soap on it, reached her eyes. OMG. My baby was crying for 5 minutes straight nonstop I felt so bad as mom, and did my research. Turns out Dr bronners soaps are not Tier free, and burn their little eyes like hell. So I decided to try this one. And got it from here, another review said that they don’t send the unscented(Not true) I got what I order. Unscented - tear free . And let me tell you that the difference is amazing. My baby splashes so much and water gets in her eyes and nothing happens, not crying not panicking nothing. I ofc tried my self because I try everything I put on my baby, and definitely tear free. A little feel of ice-minty when it reaches your eyes but not burn at all. Buy it!
