I have been using these for several years, now. The flavor is great to me. I even use the water that comes out of my fridge in my fish tank instead of the conventional tap water and conditioner drops and my fish tank has been so much healthier. It has to be taking out excess chlorine and other contaminates that was harming my tank. I will keep using these as replacements and recommending them! Not to mention the price is extremely fair. Awesome product.

Initial few gallons were bad, but after that water is just like bottled water

I received this very quickly but there was only one filter not two. The product itself is fine, works as well as the original.

Fits my GE Profile fridge same as OEM filter. No leaks. Ran 2 1/2 gals through it as directions state. We haven't used fridge filtered water to drink in years. All bottled water - got these to try to get back to drinking fridge filtered water and stop buying bottled water. Taste tested to compare ? Seems OK - wife doesn't notice a difference - I am a fan of Zephyrhills water and I think I notice a taste difference - tastes heavier to me with a bit of after taste? could be new filter ? - maybe need to give it more time. I also don't know about not changing for a year? I may do it sooner - see how it goes. We always bought ice as well - like clear ice with no chlorine taste - we are also testing these filters for our ice as well again. We have good potable city water but there is that chlorine taste and smell when not filtered - yuk!I hope they work out as good as OEM filters...
