Excellent backpacking/camping chair
This chair was a real find. My husband got one for himself to take backpacking, hoping it would be somewhat as good as my REI backpacking chair, which was quite a bit more expensive. This one is about 8 oz heavier than our REI chair, but the shape of the bucket makes it so much more comfortable. The adjustable legs allow it to be stable on uneven ground, so it always feels solid. Love this chair and if I had it to do over again, I'd have gotten one of these for me instead of the more expensive one.

Throw away your tripod stool now!
I'm 5,11 270 and I can comfortably relax in this chair, even when it is fully extended. I'd say if you were much bigger than me you would have some hip pinching on the sides of this chair. It fits my son perfectly! If you are a smaller person or buying for kids it will be perfect. The chair is very light and packs away small. The case it packs into is about a foot long and has Molle straps on it to make it super easy to attach to any pack.As others have said it is tight to get the seat cover onto the frame the first time but it's not too bad. Just let it stay set up for a while and it will stretch out.I've noticed a little stretching of the fabric during the initial set up but every corner and attachment point is double stitched so it's not worrying me too much. The plastic pieces that hold it all together seem very rugged and are strong enough to hold me reclined in it no problem.Definitely not going to replace a nice full sized camp chair but your not going to be lugging one of those monsters through the trails! Before this chair I had a tripod stool and let me tell you, this blows that away by far.I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the visual stretching of the seams and light shining through. Overall for cheap money this is a good bet.

Would not purchase again
Nice idea, but bad implementation. Carry bag zipper broke right away, making the carry bag basically useless. Unwieldy without bag, but managed to make it work anyway. Then the ball-detents that hold up the legs were not sufficient for me (180lbs), and collapsed randomly. Ended up putting them on the low setting, so problem resolved. The final straw was when the upper post poked through the mount, rendering chair completely useless. I used the chair maybe 10-15 evenings before it got to that point.

Broken after 2.5 months for 70kg person
It was comfortable. However, it was not strong. It was broken after 2.5 months.Only my wife and I sat on it. My weight is 70kg, and my wife is 50kg.

Compact and Relatively Comfortable
Comfortable for their size. Small enough to easily pack on a motorcycle. Adjustable legs make use on hillsides or uneven ground possible. We used it at Laguna Seca to sit on hill to view World Superbike.

The added height makes a world of difference for me
I had considered purchasing a folding camp chair for several months. However, since I'm over 6 foot tall getting in and out of these could prove difficult. When I found this chair with height adjustment I decided to try it.The added height makes a world of difference for me. I tried the chair with it's lowest setting and truly struggled to get out of it.Adjusting the legs for the maximum height still made getting out a little difficult (Hence the 4 stars) but was a huge improvement. If you on the tall side, this is the camp chair for you. Once seated in it, it's very comfortable. It packs up small and is extremely light weight.Very satisfied with this purchase.

Great for backpacking
Great chair for the price, perfect for backpacking. Packs up small enough to pack in your backpack, or attach on the outside, minimal weight is totally worth it for the comfort it provides. It is a little flimsy (most lightweight products are), so just treat it gently when seating yourself. Has worked for us on several backcountry adventures.
