These balloons doesn't glow in the dark.
I brought these balloons hoping they would glow a little in the dark and when I received the product, they are just like any other normal balloons with just color dots on it. I tried testing them for few hours but did not find the dots glow even in pitch dark. The seller is just cheating all the customers.
