High price for poor manufacturing
I like the idea. You pretty much pay the high price because there are no other products like this on the market. But quite surprised to feel the quality. I thought it would be made of stronger materials and the fact that even the battery cover was bent out of shape/poorly made so I had to tape it down is a bit of a disappointment.

Great product. Forget about the support.
I have a faulty unit, and was my second purchase as gave a friend my other one. It was going through batteries about once a week, failed to open completely, and other odd behaviour. Support wanted videos (short of time lapse they would prove nothing). I bought a 3rd one as gave up on getting a replacement.

Very poor battery holder
Great idea, but the battery holder is incredibly poorly designed and made - the batteries will easily fall out if nudged. Shame…
