I'm on week three and my facial hair is finally growing slower, I started out by taking the two but was experiencing facial dermatitis so I am now taking just one daily, not sure if it's directly helping with acne, bcuz I'm also taking other supplements to balance hormones, but overall my face has improved.

So these seem to be good quality spearmint packed into capsules, but they make me burp minty flavor which sounds refreshing, but gets old really quickly. Also, I seem to get a slight heartburn every so often when taking these. Other than that, these seem to get good quality.

Plastic bottle was severely damaged when I received it... looked to have been near excessive heat as the bottle was melted not broken. I still took the pills not sure of effectiveness .🤷🏻♀️
