The unit does not work and the seller gives no reply and no support.
I received the unit on Jan 4th and tested it, it was ok.I went to Brazil connected the unit but the Brazilian Channels were not working.I contacted the seller and received a reply "..Yes i know the issue I need to wait for company to open your box."But up Jan 17th, I received no solution and the seller stopped responding my emails.So I recommend you NOT TO BUY from this seller.

That box was so good.but now i dont know the reason,the play back app doesn't works good like before.so the case have just 3 months in use.im disappointed

Worst experience
I bought it to my niece and I couldn’t have had a worst experience: the product doesn’t work (it was broken), we tried to contact the support and they didn’t help us at all.I’m 76 years old, didn’t know how to return it through Amazon, and now I have a very expensive paperweight.

Feedback an nothing till now. STAY AWAY OF THIS GARBAGE.
It doesnt work well. The best channels have froze screen + looping (come back few seconds severel times and you must unplug the power. Support give you just automatic answers. It seems they didnt check your las emails. Last one they asked to confirm my internet speed blaming it might be the answer. I sent a screem proving that was around 92mbps. They said that I gonna receiv
