Our near infrared light therapy has multiple modes of use:Our products have two modes: steady lighting and pulse, and there are 3 options for each mode. The first is that the 660nm red light and the 850nm infrared light work at the same time. The second is to work with 660nm red light alone, and the third is to work with 850nm infrared light alone. Refer to Figure 5 on the left for specific operations;Tips: In the mode of 850NM alone, the product does not look bright, because the light of 850NM is invisible to the naked eye, but it is not at this time. It doesn't work. If you observe it in a dark environment, you can find the faint light.

this helps a lot i bought a cream to go with it but wish the belt was bigger so it can cover the hole stomach i do one side first then do another side. the heat isnt that hot so it wont burn u it shuts off on its own it was 2 setting over all i love this product
