I deducted a star because it's a noisy helmet. But I wear ear plugs that also are ear buds to listen to music. I wanted a high viz helmet option without spending a ton. My every day helmet is the shoei rf 1400 in matte black. I also wanted to try a modular. The sizing is small for sure. I order a size up from my usual size. The padding is tight to the point of pain after about 40 minutes. I'm convinced padding just needs broken in. A week or two of use and it should be fine. Airflow is not great but acceptable. My eye glasses were no issue at all. It definitely fogs up easily except when riding so I'll probably get a pinlock. It's a budget helmet, a tad heavier than I'm used to, but I'm happy with it knowing it just needs a little time and a tweak or two. The finish is really nice. And the drop down sun visor doesn't cause any problems with my glasses. All in all, it's a good value for the price and looks good too.

After I ordered this helmet I was watching an episode of Maine Game Wardens in which they were running radar on snowmobiles and sometimes had to accelerate to catch violators. All the wardens were wearing HJC helmets similar to this one. I have an open face helmet but I was concerned about the sizing difference so I contacted HJC and with the information provided I ordered one size up. I have to spread it and my ears bend down but it’s not uncomfortable. I have a wide view of vision. Each time I use it I’m more comfortable wearing it. I have had one motorcycle accident and two bicycle accidents but they were at slower speeds. I ate dirt and got road rash. I have seen the damage vehicles striking trees at higher speeds. I was in law enforcement for 30 yrs. This helmet is reflective yellow. I love this helmet for when I ride my ATV. No more dust or pollen in my eyes,

The Helmet was in an oversized box with padding or bubble wrap of any kind. The Inner box was damaged and my 1st thought was it was a returned item. I inspected the outside of the helmet to then look inside and was full of hair, absolutely filthy.

I have "smaller" helmets that fit better. I suppose it is due to the oval shape of this one, but the fit is a little strange. My LS2 feels better.

This is a terrific helmet! I read a few reviews stating that this is HJC’s “entry level” modular helmet. Well, today I took a spin on my Goldwing and am very impressed on the quality of this helmet—plus, it fits my large-sized head (size 71/2” hat size) no problem! A really great helmet.

Received helmet today all is great but the visior had a scratch on it not happy since it’s brand new please do a QC check on your product . Dont want to return it’s to much of a process
