These are a good deal for the size and number you get. However the wheels are a little cheap and the bin itself is on the thin side.But I did receive them early. They stack nice. They will work for Halloween decoration storage which is what I purchased them for.So it depends on what you plan to store.

Lousy, difficult locking and unlocking. You'll need hammer to lock & a crowbar to unlock. Not getting this brand again.

It’s 4 plastic bins - see review
It holds 8.5”x11” files, folders and paper, but not many files (think 1/3 of a bankers box). I used one for art supplies. They are 12” long, 8” wide, and 9” tall (sort of tapered), with a lid that snaps on and has a handle.
