A useful wardrobe component, but not very supportive
The Panache Women's Porcelain Plunge bra has a nice low-cut silhouette, so it is versatile for wearing with a variety of tops. The fit is fairly average size-wise, with a narrow gore between the cups, but a cup shaping that is fairly wide-set. It seems like it would work particularly well if your breasts are anchored close together but then there is more tissue towards the outside than the inside. The fabric is smooth and comfortable, but somewhat thin and flimsy -- this is definitely not the bra to wear to prevent nipple show-through, for instance, and this is not nearly as supportive as the similarly shaped bras I have from Wacoal. There are only two rows of hooks and eyes, which is great for a minimal silhouette under clothing, but again, probably not all that good for support.

Not the one.
This is not a bad bra, but it didn't work for me. I ordered it in a 38gg and it's well made. The band/cup size seemed accurate, and it was not uncomfortable. However while it seemed nice, at first, that the straps were thin (like a "normal"-sized bra) and that there were only 2 hooks in the back, upon trying this one it just wasn't supportive enough. The straps don't stretch - so that's good, and I looked really perky, but it's so open in the front to get the plunge effect that I felt the girls were going to jump out the middle (and no, I'm not sewing the center in, that would not prevent anything). I ordered this to wear under a low-cut dress I'm wearing to a wedding, and there is no way I could dance in this thing without a major wardrobe malfunction. It also put the girls up so high that while there was no sag, there was constant jiggle with every step (tackalacka!). Plus, the outline of the seam on the front of the cups showed through the fabric of my dress, so it was not smooth enough, nor did it provide as flattering a silouette as a more supportive bra. I recommend Elomi's Bijou for a plunge bra in cup sizes larger than an E (the cups on that bra run 1/2-1 cup size larger than this one in the same letter) - if you are young or have been augmented (eg super firm) this one might work for you.

Panacher for Life
I've been buying this brand for well over five years. At this point, I won't buy any other brand. I'm fairly thin, so it's difficult to find a proper size. I'd been buying these at a local shop for a few years. If anyone has access to a local shop that carries this brand, I highly recommend going there, especially if they have people there to help you find the best size for you. Where I live, this brand is only available at one specialty shop. The only issue I've had in the past (I as about 10 lbs lighter), was that the under-wire dug into my ribs and was very painful. The store added some extra felt, and voila, fixed.Regarding complaints about them not lasting too long, if you've bought them only online, the chance that someone will be telling you how to care for these expensive bras probably won't be given. So, this is what I've been told on multiple occasions. Wear them only for one to two days max. Otherwise, they will stretch. And stretch. And stretch. (Yes, this happened to me.) When I don't take care of them, this always happens. I've also been advised to buy them every six months, which seems to be the lifespan of these guys even with proper care. But I usually wait a year as they are pricey. (Or the local shop just wants more business, always a possibility!)Additionally, regarding complaints of, 'hey, my nipples still show!' You are not alone! These really aren't meant for that, I've learned. For me, there are no bras in existence that solve that fun issue. I ended up buying nipple covers (not too expensive), and they work like a charm. I don't use them daily; for the most part I just don't care anymore, as this is my body, and my take is, why hide it?All that said, now that I know my size, and this particular style is technically 'old' when it comes to shops selling them (no longer available there), I was thrilled to find the Porcelain Plunge Bra on here. These bras may not work for everyone, but they certainly do for me, and I love them!

The search continues...
I'm a little bummed. I bought this bra because there is very little space between the cups. I need this style because I have round, front-facing breasts and any kind of balconette bra tries to fit 2 wires in a place where there isn't room for wires. Unfortunately, though this bra is a plunge style, the cups of this bra are molded slightly to the side. As a result, the tops of the cups cut across and give me the dreaded quad-boob effect. The wires are in the right place, so I know it's not a size thing, it's just not a good fit for my type of chest. The Freya Deco is the only bra I've ever found that fits right, but sometimes it just feels too stiff; I bought this bra hoping it would let my boobs just be themselves. Alas. I'm keeping it because I need a nude bra and the quad-boob is not visible under baggier tops.

This is a very nice bra. Really soft
This is a very nice bra. Really soft, flexible cups. The fit was pretty good, but not quite right. The price was fantastic in a 30DD, so I tried it. I almost kept it, but I am a 30E (actually a 26F), so it was a little too 'roomy' in places and not well suited to my FOB breasts.

Successful win in the bra lottery, even if it does creak more than most 18th century houses
Brilliant over shoulder winch system for my larger than average chest that provides ample support and comfort. This review lacks a star for 2 reasons:1 - I tried to increase the tension on the straps and there is a limited amount of strap that can be used. Naturally, I cranked it up to the max of the few inches given, tried to put it on, then found my boobs had somehow migrated into my chin without any prior invitation. I promptly pried myself from the contraption and undid my mistake - a bra equivalent of ctrl-z if you will - and found my chest had relocated to a far more regular location. Don't let this put you off; the bra is a sound investment to keep one's chest pieces in the right place, just try not to rearrange yourself like a Picasso painting.2 - It creaks. I don't know if many ladies experienced the issue of what sounds like starched polyester grinding away under their armpits but I have. Mother Mary, it's like something out of an old horror film set in a particularly creaky house, you know the ones. Now having had to invest in such contraptions for many years after being told I'm a larger chested lady, I'm used to having to break in bras on occasion to make them fit my particular brand of rib cage, however I'm yet to enjoy the sound of silence from this particular variant. I will, of course, keep you posted on my Breaking Bra success. As a temp fix, I recommend putting in some ear phones and just turning up the volume.

Cup was too big
Got a 28H - the band fit well but the cup was way too large, which is an issue I do not come across a lot

Soft straps and lightly lined. Great support, very comfortable and not as noticeable under clothing as some other bras I own. A little lighter in colour than expected, but otherwise an excellent everyday bra!
