I have a high instep & wide feet and I've never had cute rainboots before. I really wanted them to work and was very hesitant to order them. The far exceeded my expectations. They are easy to slip on, very comfortable and great for taking the dog outside. I normally wear a women's 10.5W so I ordered the 11W. They're a little large so I wear thick socks. I haven't tried hiking in them so I can not comment on that. They are perfect for my needs and the cute polka dots are fun!

I was worried these boots wouldn't fit because of them being extra wide and people commenting on sizing problems. I ordered my boots in the same shoe size I wear (7) and they fit perfectly. I do have wide feet, but I was worried the extra wide would be too much. No problems at all there! I will say that the ankle part fits more snugly than I'd anticipated. But I do have VERY large ankles and calves (close to 22in). There's space to stretch in the ankle with the elastic band being there, so I don't anticipate it being a problem. I'm not sure how they'd handle thicker, taller socks though. I might have to order a size up for winter wear.Another thing I love about them is that the insole is removable. I don't remember reading that in the description, so I wasn't sure what to expect there. The insoles that come with them are soft and squishy and frankly more comfortable than the insoles most shoes come with. However, they aren't really supportive enough for me, so I plan to replace them. They'd work perfectly for those who need less support.

I love love love these boots!! So comfy and waterproof! I live in Northern Idaho but I travel to Seattle on a regular basis. We are getting a lot of rain this year at home and it usually always rains in Seattle so that is a given lol. I bought these boots because I wanted to keep my feet dry and be able to slip them off and on at home and through the airport. They are PERFECT!! LOVE these boots!! I read all of the reviews very closely and most of them said to order a size smaller then you normally wear. Sense I have wide feet and most of the boots and shoes I put on in the stores never fit me unless I try on my size in a wide width, I was very skeptical ordering these boots in a size smaller then a usually wear! I wear a size 8 on a regular basis and sometimes have to buy a size 8 wide depending on the shoe or boot. So I took what everyone said and ordered a size smaller then my normal size so I ordered a size 7 and they fit so perfect it is amazing!!!! The only thing I would say is they are definitely not a warm boot but I was mostly looking for a comfortable and waterproof boot so these are perfect and that is what these boots are so I am more then happy with them!! Best pear of rain boots ever!! I have had these boots and have wore them on a regular basis now for almost 2 months and have had zero problems!

These are probably the best reasonably priced rain boots you'll find that are made for wide feet! I have big feet and larger calves, so I've never really been able to find cute rain boots. This brand is the best I've found! I feel like the sizing is very accurate. I typically have to buy a men's 10 wide or a woman's 11-11.5 extra-wide in shoes. A couple years ago I had bought the ones that came up to the bottom of the calf. On those, I had followed the reviews and bought a size smaller (10 instead of an 11) because everyone said they ran big. They did fit, but when it got cold I discovered that I couldn't wear them with thick winter socks because they were too tight. And trust me, you're going to want thick sock when it gets cool out! These don't have any insulation whatsoever and your feet will get very cold. My other pair finally split at the seam. So... I decided to buy a new pair. This time I went with these short ankle ones. Which I love so much more by the way!!! When I bought this pair, I decided to go with a size 11 since that is my normal shoe size. I couldn't be any happier! They are so much more comfortable than my old pair. My advice is: Don't listen to the reviews that say buy a size smaller and just go ahead and buy your actual shoe size. Yes they are about a half a size too big, but they're supposed to be that way. They are rain boots after all! You want to be able to accommodate different sock thicknesses. I have no issues with them sliding off my feet when I have thin ankle socks on. Keep in mind that these have no support in them, so you're probably going to want to get some inserts. Only reason I gave these four stars instead of five, is because on my second time putting them on, the tab on the back broke off. I'll probably end up cutting the other one off so they match. It's definitely not a deal-breaker, but it is a little disappointing. I would still recommend these to anybody asking about rain boots for wide feet!

Let me start by saying that I have very wide feet and extra large ankles and calves. I can NEVER find boots that will fit me. These are a wonderful surprise. They glide right onto my feet, even with heavy socks, and are a welcome relief during our rainy season. I was so tired of soggy tennis shoes. These boots are a life-saver. I typically wear an 8ww in Easy Spirit shoes and I got a size 8 x-wide in these with no fit issues at all. My only complaint is that they do not keep your feet warm so definitely plan on heavy socks to help with that.

I bought these to take on an Alaskan cruise but also wanted them to be able to use afterwards gardening, etc. These are the best. Very good quality and super cute. I have a very WIDE foot so having this available in wide was a huge factor for me. I wear a size 9 and the 9W is a little big, but I just doubled up warm socks and they were perfect. They are super comfortable - and that is coming from someone who has feet issues and has a hard time finding comfortable shoes. These were perfect. I even wore them all around the ship at times and even into ports on the days it really didn’t rain. Now I am thinking I need a 2nd pair for gardening because I don’t want to mess up this pair so I can continue to wear with regular clothes when it rains! Worth the price.

This is my second pair. Very very comfortable and fit to your regular size. My first pair are black. Bought them a few years ago and wore them all the time. They are still comfortable and still look good. Love these blue ones. Get compliments all the time. Super comfy.

I really wanted these to work! I have been looking for wide fitting gumboots for ages, and these boots are definitely roomy in the forefoot and ankle, but they are narrow in the toe and they pinch my little toes. I wish they had more of a square or rounded toe shape. Pointy-toed shoes just don't work for my feet but it seems impossible to get rain boots that aren't narrow in the toe. Disappointed, as these ones are super cute! To be fair my feet are hard to fit, I'm not a big person but my feet are almost rectangular!

This is a good looking boot that has a great tread. It gets slippery where I live in the rain and these boots grip on slippery surfaces well. I ordered my usual size but I think I should have ordered a size down as they are quite large. I still wear them anyway while playing with kindergarten kids at recess and splashing in the puddles with them.

At $143 for a pair of boots I expected better quality. My cut down, $20 pair from Bunnings are more comfortable, and have lasted longer.- They boot has cut open my ankle on my right leg. The boot rubber is split under the elastic and this has cut my foot badly after 20min of light gardening, not even walking around. Not sure how to get around this without wearing a bandage on my leg because it rubs and cuts even with thick socks. The other leg is fine.- The neck is narrow if you have truly wide feet. I can only barely get my feet in and certainly can't wear winter socks with them. My foot is a 7E and these shoes are meant to be a EEE width.- Next to no cushioning, and missing innersoles. If you are shipping a product overseas, and charging full price, then check everything is there. From the poor packaging I assume I was sent a return.

Love them! They fit, they are comfortable. Good quality! I'd buy them again!
