I couldn’t wait for this mat to arrive. First of all I’m not affiliated to the company. So I got the box as I got home and put it aside as Zi wanted to eat my dinner first. As I’m having my very healthy dinner I prepared my fingered started to cramp so I started to rub it to subside. A few minutes later my other finger started to cramp I started to get annoyed cause I didn’t know why. I drank water and through out my dinner my fingers wore cramping. I jumped up and opened the box expecting nothing. I connected the cord one side to the mat and the other side to the connector as per instructions. I stepped on it and waited. I started to feel gently something balancing my body out moving from my feet throughout my body. The sensation was gentle and pleasant but I was ready to jump if I had to. Felt no more hand cramps and the middle back pain I started to feel at work was no more as I kept my feet on the pad. I highly recommend it. I would like to ad that one should not drink or use any drugs while tasting or using this product so you can quietly observe what’s happening in your body while you are in contact with it.

Works as intended (tested with grounding continuity tester). I have tried 3 different brands of earthing mats and so far this is the thinnest of them all, even the cord is quite thin. No idea how long this will last compared to others. It is best to invest in a tester to monitor your mats if they are still in working condition in the future.October 15: it still works. Finally ordered a functioning multimeter. Guess what? Compared to the thicker mats this one bought down my voltage to zero despite my initial being 5v (near tv and wifi router). The thicker ones also brought down the voltage but not zero. I tested the cord that came with this product with the thicker ones and it seems the cord did most of the trick. So I guess despite this being so thin I will considering ordering another one in the future given of the 3 mats I have this is the only one that brought my voltage to zero.

I can feel the circulation in my legs when I’m on it and every time I turn it on my dog comes and puts her front feet on it also.

Total scam, the material in the pad is non-conductive. This means that the only thing grounded is the tiny connector on the Mat, do not buy. Scam!!! Fully meter tested.

I like these grounding mats. I got two of them because they were lightning deals. Great Price! I use one to put on my bed to sleep. I have deep sleep like a baby! Great Grounding Mat with Great Quality and Great Value! Especially, I like the big size grounding mat. Amazing! Thank you so very much!
