I bought this for my 14yo son and after teaching him how to use it he loves it! It is stylish enough to be worn and he isn't embarassed by it. Great quality and the straw does not fall off the open chain. Great little purchase!

This is not what I was looking for. It was too large and noticeable to wear. Didn’t help with my anxiety at all. Was using it to stop smoking and it did not help in that situation.

People think of am vaping or trying to stop vaping. It'd great for breath work too. I use it teach my clients how to deep breathe (in a therapist) and have recommended a few people to get them for this purpose.

I'm not quite sure what to think of this necklace in the way of a remedy for major anxiety or panic attacks, but for everyday stress I can see the benefits.Breathing exercises are an integral and essential practice more of us should work to adopt into our everyday routine. We really have evolved into some lazy breathers.Trust me, when you're getting the proper intake of oxygen through your body's systems and cells, you'll feel an insane difference in what you've been missing out on.That said, the necklace was an impulse purchase I received the roots of via Google Lens from the overpriced "original" version, to these more reasonable options.I do see the benefit behind the fad but unfortunately I think the hype will be short lived and honestly, has already passed. It has its worth for those who can remember to use it on a regular basis and also, beyond the bold claims, it's a nice looking necklace that can work equally for a man or woman.Would make a nice - and thoughtful - gift for someone going through hard times.
