Is there anyway to order replacement figures? One of ours got messed up and our son is very upset.

I ordered mine and it arrived a couple of days afterwards. My sonic fan cannot wait to open the first one tomorrow! Hopefully yours will arrive soon. Amazon was the only merchant that carried the Sonic Advent Calendar.

Are the hats removable?

The hats are not removable however tails reindeer antlers can be removed.

This was an epic advent calendar, I thought it was a bit pricey for a kids advent but it was worth it. He got so many cool figurines that are usually $5 to $12 each. Highly recommend.
