Handle it With Maxspeed
These Maxspeed Adjustable Rear Strut Rods with rubber bushings are the best bang for the buck in classic Corvette suspension parts. Our ‘79 handles tight & smooth after these rods were installed & an alignment was performed. Plus our suspension is super quiet. The car feels & drives like it’s 20 years younger. Better than worn out orginal
Orginal was so worn out and rotted that it was unsafe to drive. These appeared to be a good replacement option. All hardware was included and install was straight forward.

It Fit Perfect
There half price of oem!!! but not just that there stronger and adjustable making it really easy to stand rear wheels straight up and chromed!

Bushing is too soft and allows for to much deflection. Can not be aligned.
the bushings used in this kit are too soft and allow way more motion than the worn out bushings did. It can not be aligned with all the deflection allowed by the bushings. I got the car done just out side the return window so I'm stuck with this junk.

I bought these for another project in hopes that they would work. And they did. Satisfied with them.

How to use?
These parts seem ok but there is no indication which end has left or right threads. It also came with no instructions so I had to use my best guess while installing.

Missing parts
The most important washer in this kit is missing. The strut rod is worthless unless I have the 4 washers to hold the bolts. There are better choices out there. Regretting this purchase
