Melatonin @ 20mg is my Go To Sleep Aide. This is my 2nd bottle. I take one dissolving under my tongue, and then have another at my bedside. One normally does it, sleep 8 hours + and wake up pleasant not droggy. Sometimes I may wake up after 3-4 hours of sleep... No problem, may not need it, but bite the 20mg in half, and i'm back to sleep quickly 8+ ... hours..

These are definitely strong and work. The flavor is the only issue. Its very chemical tasting and not much to it. The Carlyle brand ones taste far better, but 12mg melatonin is highest melatonin you can seem to get in a dose from them. If you can deal with a minute or 2 of a chemical type berry flavor in your mouth, these work and dissolve well. I think i can deal with the overall taste for better strength of melatonin. Carlyle offers what appears to be "higher" mg of melatonin, but you need to read the ingredients. Their ones over 12mg are a melatonin "complex" which isn't bad, but just not stronger melatonin, 12mg is highest that hrand has, others are complex with melatonin 12mg, beet root, chamomile extract and/or ashwagandha root extra mixed together. So overall this seems to be a good value and strong. They are market at half pill to make a half dose easier. Size is good for its strength. Only downside is its overall taste as you take it, but for it effectiveness its worth dealing with.

My wife and I have been using this product for some time now but the last order we received is not what we have gotten in the past and of course it is not returnable. The taste is very strong, leaves a bad taste in the mouth and backs up into the throat and burns the nose. Seems like the product manufacturer did not put enough Natural Berry Flavor to cover up the taste or there is too much of another ingredient. Still does its job once the taste goes away.

The quality of these melatonin pills are great. The dosage is awesome because on bad sleepless nights I can take a whole one and on the nights that aren't so bad with me being tired but not sleepy enough to fall asleep I can easily break the pill in half or quarter the pill;so they're really easy to use and let melt or chew. There isn't any scent that I can tell but at first I didn't really like the taste but got used to it so it's not that bad anymore and besides, it melts so fast anyway so it's not bad at all. I like these and recommend them. Oh by the way, NO SIDE EFFECTS either which is awesome.

These melatonin dissolve fast and have a faint berry scent and taste. They don’t have the bitter or chemical aftertaste that some of the quick dissolve melatonin does. The pills are pretty standard size for melatonin. Allows me to fall asleep pretty fast and I don’t wake up groggy. Just follow directions on the bottle for dosage. I couldn’t tell the B6 was there and it didn’t affect me in any way I could tell.

This item works very well. Since using it, slept like a baby. Highly recommend.
