12V 444C 200PSI Dual Value Pack Chrome Air Compressor for Auto/Motorcycle

Used on my bagged ranger, been about 2 months, good so far. Only downside is they’re not true 444c, more like a viair 385c motor with a 444c head. Good product for the money

Pretty good so far. Fills up 2.5 gallon tank in a couple minutes. More efficient than the viair one that it replaced. That one lasted about 4 years. Hopefully this will last longer. Pretty good bargain. Mode levels are about the same. Slightly larger in a few areas but still fit in the truck need cavity I previously used.

Used this air compressor for an air horn. Air compressor works great when its not blowing fuses. Ran larger wire directly from battery to pump and fuse still blows regularly. Pump is rated at 20 amps and my circuit is built to handle 40 amps per the wiring. Loud unreliable pump.

I typically don't review anything, and I would not consider this a review but more of and FYI. i thought maybe it would be helpful to others to read that this pump is substantially larger than other pumps out there. at the time of writing this review the page had no size/dimension details. i was a bit skeptical about this as it had no specs but i had thought that most of these air pumps seems to typically be the same size, i was wrong on this one. this pump is approximately 11 inches long and 8 inches tall. I cannot report on the performance of the device as it will not work for my application. The lesson for the future is to question the product when no dimensions are given. it could possibly be a great air compressor, but if someone is placing it in a pre-determined space it may be important to get exact measurements as i did not. it also references 2.5 gallons, which i would assume is a tank size, though there is no tank. just very poor details. i am going to keep it, maybe i will use it for something someday.

Hooked it up for air horns.. it is quiet and fast and smooth! better than expected. I love it. A little pricey but if it lasts it is money well spent.. will get another if my other truck compressor goes out.

Works great

I have this paired with a Viair 444c. The compressor head looks identical, but the motor on this is 2/3rds the size of the Viair compressor. Item functions as intended. My system cuts off at 180 psi, so I have not tested compressor to 200 psi.

They definitely aren’t rated to 200 psi I bought these to replace my vair 444c compressor and they both struggle to get to 120 they start to make a weird noise, both take about 16 minutes to reach 200psi When one single vair would doit in about 7 minutes.

I received a used compressor that appeared to be of a different brand. The seller took care of me and refunded the amount. My research still leads me to this product.
