Check tabs are in box
I loved the product but the tabs for attaching new sponge was missing. I dont want to return item as I used it before I realized. I would be able to get the missing tabs/attachments

Top constantly flipping
It’s so hard to clean with this brush because the top constantly flipping. I bought because my bathtub is so big and I couldn’t reach other side by hand and this brush seemed as solution, but no.

A big help for bad knees
Due to reading reviews of ppl that had trouble figuring out how to change the sponge head, I almost didn't order. I'm glad I did order it. The sponge head is sttached with velcro, not difficult to change, and I haven't had to kneel on my bad knees to scrub my tub at all since ordering. It arrived quickly and with refill sponges, I also ordered a large pack of refills on here for it. Hope this helps someone else sitting on the fence over ordering or not

I have only used this once to clean a huge whirlpool tub that came with a new home. I am a tall person with long arms and I could not reach the opposite side of the tub. I am no spring chicken and basically this tub looked like a fractured hip waiting to happen. I was not interested. But covid lockdown does things to a person. This sponge on a pole really did the job of cleaning, the shape fits well into corners and the extend a pole made reaching the other side a snap. It was a pretty good sponge too. That surprised me. It was in perfect condition after the first (and only so far) use. The extra sponges are a great addition to the kit. I have not looked at how to change to a new sponge but there was no need to yet. I was able to clean the attached sponge and let it air dry in the sun and it is perfect. I use Amway products which are pretty gentle on everything. I did not use the sponge with any harsh chemicals. I am glad I bought this sponge on a pole

Study Sturdy Scrub Scrub Away
Easily stretches to the length need long or short. Soap scum scrubs off my bathtub and wall tiles easily. Glad I made this purchase.

Useful tool
I am in a chair and find it hard to reach the back of countertops. This tool makes it easy to keep them clean with little effort. I love the fact that it has two different sides.
