Kinda hard to get your feet into to use
It's fine, and the large door stop helps protect the door, but doors are cheap so I am still apprehensive using it

I tried this item once performing a Nordic curl for my hamstrings. The Velcro holding the pipe overlaps by about 3/4". On my first descent, the Velcro came undone and my head came smashing down into the concrete ground. I tried to stop my self with my hands but falling head first from 2 feet, I couldn't get my hands down in time and I jammed 6 fingers and ripped my right thumb knuckle open. On top of that I was bleeding from my head and hurt the vertebrae in my neck for a few weeks. Do NOT buy this garbage product.

Works pretty well for Nordics and sit ups
I use these to hold my feet to do hamstring nordics.Bought these after Knees Over Toes guy recommended it.Works great.
