This is a great Star Wars ship
This is a great Star Wars ship. My son and I (9 years old) had a great time building it. He did most of the building, I just find the pieces :). It's solidly built and will stand up to lots of abuse. It is very swooshable when flying it around the room (so says my son ;). There are two things that I really like about this ship. First are the accessible compartments. Several parts of the ship will detach to reveal compartments and storage areas within the ship. Second are the laser blasters. There are two laser cannons that utilize a very clever firing mechanism. The cannons are well hidden beneath the ship and fired with an unobtrusive trigger. The second is a smaller laser blaster that can be manipulated and aimed from a remote knob in the back. Very clever!Overall this is a great addition to the Star Wars fleet. A fun build, and sturdy ship to stand up to lots of rough play.

Bb8 mini fig is SO CUTE I need 2
Love love this set because it has the Girl in it and my daughter was over the moon about building it and playing with it . She’s a hardcore 3 yr old, star war lego master builder .. It’s a nice addition to our lego Star Wars collection,ps I really think they need to add a spare bb8 tho . Bb8 went missing pretty fast . I need to put out an APB on bb8 . . I got it marked down a bit and felt it was a good price . I bought it on Amazon NOW

Great Lego Set!
Super cool set. The mechanisms for the side turret as well as the projectiles in the front are awesome and it was really cool being able to build it yourself. Had a tough time aligning the decals for the glass piece for the cockpit though.

Star Wars fun with good mini figures
As with many Lego sets, I’m the one who ends up finishing these sets up to get them off the kitchen table. This one had easy to follow instructions and was fun to complete.

Big Mysteries In a Little Package
I bought this model in anticipation of Episode VII. It is one the least expensive of the new sets, but it is really cool and a good value (still, $5-$7 cheaper would have been better). The ship itself comes together quickly, but it’s a sturdy model with plenty of detail. There are quite a few stickers. I don’t mind them, and they do add to the look of the ship. I like the three separate areas - cockpit, back space, and side compartment. The figures are also great. It’s a new Finn (at least different from the one included in the MF), and a new figure altogether, Rose Tico. Plus BB-8.I can’t wait to see how the ship features in Episode VIII, which I’m sure will only increase my enjoyment of the model.

7 year old son loves it
My 7 year old son got this from the Easter Bunny and loves it. He needed a little help with assembly, but it came with photos. Great quality and lots of fun! Would recommend for any star wars fans.
