I wanted to love this luggage. I really did.The first trip it dented very badly and the little rubber feet ripped off.So then I had to go through the whole pain in the ass of returning shipping it at my expense and they sent me another one.On the first trip the latches broke open on the replacement and I lost a ton of my stuff.I deeply deeply regret buying this garbage.0 stars if I could.

I liked the 21" so much I bought the 25"
As the title says, I liked the 21" so much I bought the 25". I did a ton of research on Aluminum Suitcases, trying not to spend $1K on one suitcase. I wanted an understated looking but high quality suitcase that will last me a long time. I travel a lot, on the order of 350,000 miles a year and have historically used TUMI but my current bags are not spinners. My goal was to get a set of Aluminum spinners that will last. Based on first impressions these should live up to my expectations and I have high standards.
