Can you adapt different feet to the table to make it little higher or how bight can it get adjusting its own feet?

Please note that the adjustable feet coming with the product is a special size. It is hard to find suitable higher feet.

Is this sturdy enough to stand a TV on?

It would depend on the size of your tv. I wouldn’t place a tv larger than 32” on this stand. Also, id recommend using an anchor. I believe one may be included
