This product does exactly what it says, keeping hair from falling out. When brushing and washing , there was a handful ball of hair coming out, since taking these hair supplements, not only did my hair stop falling out when brushing, it's growing and thickening my hair, the way I used to have it before it coming out, it's what really works for my hair.

I have absolutely no clue why would they add mint flavor to those tabs, the moment you take it, the next 7-8 hours you get this horrible belching of horrible minty gaseous flavor. I took one tablet and threw everything in the bin. Pathetic experience!!
