Don William Ankle holster for Concealed Carry with two strap design | Universal size holster & band | left and right hand draw

Can't really go wrong for the price. I bought it to carry when my business attire requires clothes that would make it tough to conceal an IWB holster. (Slacks and a tucked in shirt) It does the job quite nicely with my S&W M&P Shield 9mm. Not sure it would work on a bigger/heavier gun but I honestly haven't tried it with my Glock19. Pros would be light weight, easy to put on and wears and conceals well while standing/walking. Been using it for a few months now and is holding up well. Cons - can get warm to wear in the Florida heat, when you sit your pant leg may not hide the end of the gun/holster and do not cross your legs unless you want to expose the fact that you are carrying. I wear dress shoes and the result may be different if you wear a high top sneaker or boot. but tends to ride down a bit with prolonged walking. I tried wrapping the Velcro closure a bit tighter but then you have a tourniquet on your calf which is not a good idea. Comfortably applied to the lower leg this does exactly what it is intended to do, allow you to conceal a primary or backup weapon under your clothes. you will feel it bouncing around somewhat but you get used to it and the gun will not fall out (snap loop over back off gun) and the rig is secured with ample Velcro. A point of note is how fast you can get to the weapon if you have to bend down and lift your pant leg. I use the shorter mag with my M&P in this rig b/c it conceals better with a little less length in the grip and it is easier to lift the pant leg over the smaller profile of the gun. Overall I am pretty happy with this rig and aside from some of the notes above which may be attributable to any ankle holster, I am glad added this holster to my collections of personal protection equipment. For Reference I am 5'11" and 215 lbs so pretty average size .

The material of this holster is nice and does NOT feel cheap at all. The elastic for the pockets is strong. The Velcro, while not the normal kind of Velcro you might find on a pair of kids' shoes, is also very strong.My problem with this holster is that it did not fit well. I do a lot of running and biking, and as such my legs have gotten pretty big. While I could get the holster around my leg and get it to fasten, it was so tight that 1) it started cutting off circulation, and 2) it made me walk funny. That said, it is a testament to the Velcro that it would hold under those conditions. Also, to be clear, the holster was too tight with or without the gun in place. The gun made it feel a little tighter, but its hard to tell how much.

this is a great holster, very comfortable and stays in place. Only one problem is my xds 9mm works it's way down past bottom of holster. I placed gun in holster with trigger guard covered where it should be, then sewed elastic band to back of holster at front edge of the guard. gun easily slides in to proper depth and doesn't go any further. Manufactuer should do this. I definitely give this retailer high rating. I received it in perfect condition in less than a week.

I love this thing with an LCP it is like not wearing anything. BUT The velcro gives out really fast. If you wear this everyday, it won't hang for a year. I am going to order a couple more cause they're cheap and like I said, I like it. I just wish it had better fasteners. The snap strap that holds the gun in also stretches really bad. My gun had fallen out twice when I finally took up the slack and super glued a fold into it. That fixed it. but now it frequently let's go while I am wearing it, and the gun starts flopping around.

As a retired police officer I have experienced many different types of cooncealing a pistol. The Don Williams is hand crafted from soft nylon and heavy duty velcro. Its durable, and very comfortable. The two strps keep the pistol tight against the leg and secure. The only draw back is the elastic holding a spare magizine needs a flap to secure the mag.

good holster but the Velcro didn't last long after taking it off and on about 12 times the Velcro became weak and would not stick, my wife attached some heaver Velcro strips to it and it is working fine, I like the holster but I would not buy another one until it has stronger velcro

Bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it! It was one of the only types he didn’t already have. It fits his leg snug enough to support his Glock 43, but not his larger police issued weapon. He says it’s idea to wear with his sweat pants.

Best ankle holster I have purchased to date. It Holds my sub compats tight to my leg, they do not slip or move around and the holster itself doesn't either. at the same time it is more comfortable than I would have ever imagined. Even on a hot day I experienced little to no sweat, some is expected of course but nothing like other holsters I am used to wearing. Bottom line is this holster is Perfect for conceiling my hand guns, and I am anxious to purchase more from this brand !
