I love this product. It made my face look clearer and just overall felt better easy to use and I recommend getting the protection plan since the parts are made of glass and can easily break.

I had to use this on the lowest setting the few times I did it, or just above, and it definitely works! It’s a shock at first (lol), but you get used to it so quickly. I didn’t end up using it after the first few times so I ended up sending it back, but not because it didn’t work. I definitely felt the shock, and I’m sure if I kept at it long term it would have been great but I just never did it so I can only speak on functionality, not results.

Wand arrived in great condition and works as described. My skin feels great and I am starting to see some results. Also good for light electrical play.

On of my favorite skin care tools, recommend to use twice a month to receive the benefits of the high frequency which kills bacteria (once cause of acne) in the skin

Just a few tips:Prior to inserting the wands, unscrew the screw first so please read before you ruin the star ratings. I am just a customer but use to own a spa.Start on the lowest setting. Then you can work your way up.Remember your face is more sensitive than your hand when you try it, but always zap hand first prior to face to make sure all is good.Instructions are vague but on the product description on Amazon you can see what each wand is for. I would follow that it’s important.Hold the wand a little away from the area you are working on to start. The wand doesn’t have to touch the skin every time to work.Hope that helps!

Product used 5 minutes every other day for two months. Stopped working!

It works well, my only complaint is that one of the attachments doesn’t work.
