This modern sculptural light fixture makes a huge statement and instantly updated our dining room. I was Leary about the one star reviews, but realized that most of them were about a buzzing sound. This light fixture requires a low voltage dimmer switch, which is stated in the title and which I ordered at the same time. No problems and no buzzing. I had also read through all reviews, regarding not unwrapping the wires as they tangle easily. This light gets VERY bright, I cannot imaging ever moving it from the lowest setting in a dining room. This light fixture arrived within 3 or 4 days and well packaged. Highly recommend.

Love this chandelier. It is so unique. Pretty easy to install. Very bright and you do need a compatible dimmer. The first one I bought didn't work. I contacted Vonn and they sent me 3 recommendations. They are pricey so I am living with it for now but LOVE, LOVE this Chandelier.

Love it! We have slowly been remodeling/redesigning our home. Our style is more transitional (with kid friendliness always a top priority) so we got the dark metal color. I looks great. Now we just need some art on the walls since the light output is so great. We had an electrician install. Would recommend that since it is so large and light only held by three cables.

Well made fixture. The white sections illuminate entirely with this LED light. Perfect for a modern decor, mine hands over a black and white and grey stone dining table.

I really wanted to like this product, as it is a striking design, but the quality and workmanship of what arrived in the box is severely lacking. The arms are mounted to the central section in a way that makes all of them rise at a different angle, making the fixture look asymmetrical - and not in a good way - in a way that instead looks broken. The internal electronics in the canopy that feed the LED arms were all loose and rattling around, despite having some sort of adhesive attached to them. Finally, the packaging allowed the heavy canopy to move around inside the box, which ended up scratching the finish on both the canopy and some of the arms, and actually damaging the LED strip on one of the arms, causing it to separate from the silver metal backing.A replacement fixture had all the same issues. Quality is just not there.

Ok I wanted something unusual and unique, and I certainly got it. I really like LED lighting. This is the first chandelier I've personally seen that really takes full advantage of LEDs to create a fixture that simply couldn't have been made all that long ago. It is bright. It looks like a flower or Cthulhu depending on your perspective. A friend said it looked like a spider. Another friend accused me of 3D printing it. Anyway, installing this thing is a chore. It is suspended on three seemingly impossibly thin wires that, I swear, come tangled straight out of the box. The part of the unit that attaches to the ceiling is a bit bulky and takes some getting used to. But again this is quite an interesting light. I do have one major complaint - the instructions I received did not entirely match the light I received. Normally I wouldn't think that's all that big a deal but because of the mismatch, I accidentally disabled the raising and lowering mechanism while trying to sort that out. You see, this mechanism utilizes ball bearings - yes, those tiny little metal balls which were first patented in 1903. While searching for an allen wrench mentioned in the instructions, I became progressively more frustrated with the nature of this mechanism. In my impatience, I unscrewed the assembly surrounding one of the suspension cables. I barely noticed the shiny blur as the ball bearings popped out and made their escape. I did this more than once. Eventually I realized that I wasn't seeing metallic shavings escape but rather essential components of the suspension mechanism. I spent hours on the floor looking for ball bearings. I found "most" of them. But a couple escaped permanently to wherever ball bearings go when set free. So I went to the hardware store with one ball bearing sealed in transparent tape, and looked in vain for loose ball bearings. Nobody carries those. I did find some sealed ball bearing assembles, which I gather were intended for lawn mowers? It seemed as though it might contain bearings of the right diameter. So I bought one, took it home and smashed it with a hammer. Not having learned my lesson before, and not expecting the first blow to be quite so successful, I sent ball bearings flying, again. But I found enough of them to verify that they were the right size. I had to reinsert the ball bearings into the mechanism that surrounded each suspension cable. Much to my utter astonishment, it worked! So you see, I liked this light so much that I was willing to go through all this just so that I could keep it. But please don't make the same mistake that I did. There is no allen wrench. I can't effectively describe the raising and lowering mechanism, and perhaps that's why the instructions didn't bother, but suffice it to say there is no allen wrench, and don't unscrew anything!!!

I purchased this model from VONN in 2017 and have like it ever since.Earlier this year the light started turning off after a while and turn back on 10 minutes later. Over time it started to get worse until it stopped working all together. At the time I purchased it there was limited lifetime warranty on this product as long the address of installation remained the same. I contacted VONN customer service and explained the problem. Within 24 hours they reached out to me to inform me they were investigating with their technicians for possible root causes. The very next day the confirmed my suspicion and after providing my mailing address they promptly shipped a replacement component. A few days later I received it via UPS. It was a quick and easy replacement and the light fixture works again as before. Thank you to VONN customer service for making this a fast and painless event.
