Buffalo Bill

We read this book for one of our history Bios for homeschool and my kiddos loved it. We have loved all of the D'Aulaire's books.

I love all the history books by this author, and Buffalo Bill did not disappoint. I recommend it! My kids are 6 and 8

The media could not be loaded.  This book is not useable. I purchased it to go with our homeschool curriculum and did not immediately look through the book. Today I opened it to use it and realized that it starts at p.13 and goes to page 28. Then there it jumps back to page 13 and has pages 13-41. There is no p1-12 in the entire book. The return period has ended and I now own a book that is completely unusable.

Book arrived in excellent condition. We love the pictures of these books and we buy them like this anytime we see them. Are they the MOST historically accurate, no. But if you’re just looking for the traditional story, these work well.

What a great book, using it as an adjunct for 1st grade history. Very engaging, pictures are full of action.

highly recommend this book for children/adults of all ages. Ride the Pony Express with Buffalo Bill and encounter many dangers! Great read-aloud for younger children or reader for olders.

This is my son's (10 years) favorite book... Which is saying a lot because he reads a ton. It is short but he really loves the illustrations.
