I’m enjoying this item it really cuts down on the time of blow drying my hair.

I was skeptical when purchasing but so glad I did. I love the way my hair turns out. It’s especially great for in between washings!!! Update: After 8 months of using the One-Step 4-5 times a week, it just turned off and won't turn on! I am very disappointed as I would think it would last a lot longer than that!

This tool is awesome! I had a plastic one first, but it didn’t get as hot or make my hair last as long. I do a blowout about once a week and it lasts at least four days with this! This is the only hair tool I use anymore.

This brush was great for the first month. Aside from it getting a little hot after use, I had no problems until recently. I purchased this brush on May 21, 2024 and by June 10, 2024 it no longer works. The plug in that goes in the electrical outlet makes very loud clicking/sparking noises and the "don't use this outlet" light blinks rapidly when I attempt to use the dryer. I assumed maybe something was up with my outlet at home, but I've since traveled with the brush this last weekend, and it didn't the same thing with the outlets at each hotel I stayed at as well. I've tried to reset the plug as well, and the dryer works for about 1 minute before a loud popping noise occurs and it stops. Short of starting what I could only assume would be an electrical fire, I had to stop using it. I attempted to reach out to Hot Tools directly, as I do love the dryer and brush heads and hoped to get the base replaced without having to buy the whole thing (brush and all) again. However, because this was bought via Amazon, a third party, they wouldn't help me and instructed I solve the problem with the seller (again, Amazon). Amazon also states they can't help, and that I need to reach out to the manufacturer... which I've already tried. Unfortunately due to these issues I can recommend this dryer as it seems to pose a safety risk to myself and my home based on the sounds and sparks coming from the outlet during attempted use. I don't think not even 3 whole months of use is worth it, even with the moderate price tag, which doesn't include the additional brush head I purchased too. I would say look elsewhere for your own safety.

I just don’t have words other than wow! Used it for the first time this morning and I touched up the not completely straight parts w my straightener before I went to work but on any other normal non work day I feel like I could use this and then go right out to door without any fussing w my hair. I saw one review say that it’s best to use on near dry hair and I agree with that, I shower at night, put my hair up and the next morning there’s minimal drying but makes it so quick. Left my hair so soft, super easy to use the grip on the end is so nice. It doesn’t get unbelievably hot and it’s hot tools so you know the quality is there.

Cuando lo recibí funcionó bien pero ya no calienta. Apenas 5 meses de uso dos veces al mes. Tengo la versión anterior con 2 años de uso y me funciona muy bien. Confío en esta marca pero no tuve suerte el cepillo.

Probé el Hot Tools Pro Artist Voluminizador y Secador, y la experiencia fue regular. Aunque su diseño 2-en-1 promete secar y dar volumen en un solo paso, no siempre cumple con lo que promete para todos los tipos de cabello. A mí me costó conseguir el volumen que esperaba y tiene pocas opciones de temperatura, lo que hace difícil ajustarlo si tu cabello es muy grueso ydifícil de peinar.pero no está tan mal para personas con el pelo lacio

Does a great job on my hair!!!! Super loud and now I have tinnitus. Ears ringing constantly, yet I’m still using it. I am going to see if my POCBUDS earphones w/noise cancellation will help.

Me encanto' siempre y cuando usen termoprotector ya que calienta demasiado' mi cabellos no queda esponjado' eso si jala mucha energía pero tardas menos en cepillar y secar el cabello en menos tiempo

Desde hace tiempo tenía ganas de comprar un cepillo de este estilo pero no estaba muy convencida e incluso estaba pensando en otras opciones como una Dyson hasta que lo vi en promoción y decidí comprarlo. Actualmente tengo el cabello bastante largo y el arreglo diario entre secadora y plancha me llevaba unos 40 minutos aprox. Me encanta que ahora lo estoy estilizando al mismo tiempo que seco mi cabello, no me tardo más de 10 minutos y queda como si hubiera ido al salón a secarlo profesionalmente. Eso sí, recomiendo usar un protector de calor e incluso en un cabello grueso si no es muy crespo con la configuración intermedia es más que suficiente para que quede hermoso. Además el cepillo es bastante ligero y no se enreda nada cuando lo estoy pasando por mi cabello. ¡Genuinamente es mi nuevo mejor amigo y aliado! Lo recomiendo.

Me encantó el resultado de peinado, súper rápido y sales como de salón. Me peine en 5 min, con cabello húmedo.

Seca muy bien y rápido, super práctico para todos los largos, solo calienta muy rápido y hay que bajarle la temperatura pero solo eso sirve bien
