The radius for this system seems to change on The Daily. Sometimes my dog was able to go out into the middle of the street and other times he wasn't able to walk 10 ft into the backyard. I tested the unit out several times and just couldn't seem to get a predictable radius.

Waited about 2 months before trying the product. When we used it quit working the first day. don't waste your money, total junk. If the main unit would have worked, the colors didn't hold a charge for more than a day.

Trees and other things block the signal, so your pet can be well inside the supposed bounds and get shocked. A total waste of money.

My dogs are now scared to leave the porch because this unit is so inconsistent and beeps at random times completely unassociated with settings

One of the collars isn't beeping and I can't find any customer service info and the seller won't contact me back.

After setting up the perimeter and checking it with both collars, then some initial training, we took a break. While our dog was sleeping in the living room, it began shocking her non stop. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! This product is GARBAGE. Now she's confused and wary, and I don't blame her at all.
